Last year, we introduced a new service for our clients: The David Duffy, CPA Client Portal. This service allows you to upload files and documents, download previous year’s returns and tax documents+, and receive access to a wealth of information. All of this is done safely and securely, and is a free service to all David Duffy, CPA clients.

Our service allows you to log into the portal where you have access to folders and files that are important to you, and are available from anywhere that you are able to get an internet connection. Need a copy of last year’s tax return for the bank? Simply log into your account and download it. Need to send us a backup of your accounting software? Simply log into your account, upload it, and we will have instant access to it. You can also access the portal via your iPhone, Android Phone, and other mobile devices! As you can see, there is much efficiency and effectiveness to be gained from using the Client Portal.

Have concerns about security? So do we! We are offering this service with your privacy and security as a top priority. The Client Portal uses the same 256-bit encryption that banks and leading e-commerce websites use, so all data stored and transferred to and from the Client Portal is highly secure. Also, all data stored in the Client Portal is housed in a state-of-the-art data center, with multiple layers of redundancy and backups, so you can rest assured that you will be able to retrieve any data stored there.
