We want to assist our clients during this pandemic in any manner that they are comfortable with, and that is safe. We are taking in-office appointments. However, please know that we do not have any plexiglass shields in our office. All appointments will be conducted in our conference room at the front of our suite, and at a conference table that is large enough to allow for social distancing. We will wear masks, and ask that you do, also. Our conference table will be sanitized prior to, and after, each appointment.
Alternatively, we encourage any and all clients to mail, email, or upload to their portal folders their tax information. We are very adept at working with returns in that manner. If you are new to this process, we will help you with it in every way that we can. We are good at this!
We are also more than happy to meet you in our parking lot if you would like to drop your tax information off. We ask that you call us in advance to alert us (248.542.8340 x 2), then call us again when you arrive. We do ask that you wear a mask since there will most likely be an exchange of dialogue when you deliver your tax information to us.
Know that we want all of our clients to be safe and healthy above all else.
